He’s been producing and hosting from his home studio since his hospital radio days in 2007, all under the watchful eye of his opinionated tabby cat.
Joining him is Tracey, a proud child of the '70s and '80s who grew up glued to the Sunday night pop charts and previously lent her voice to a charity tape magazine for the visually impaired. After becoming a dedicated listener and contributor to the show in late 2024, Tracey teamed up with Al in mid-2025 to co-present.
