1. Run a speedtest (Google) and check the speed against what you are paying for with your provider. Less than 25Mbps is not good!
2. Put you WiFi modem is a central high-ish place (focus on areas where you need a good signal)
3. Think of obstacles- walls, water pipes, fish tanks, anything solid, thick and heavy
4. Choose the most appropriate WiFi Band 2.4GHz (longer distance but slower) or 5GHz faster but shorter distance
5. Use an extender/repeater if you need to to get better range for more distant rooms.
