Reverse Number Lookup

The latest update from Google brings a much-requested feature to the Phone app: a reverse phone number lookup shortcut.
For everyone else, Copy and Paste the number into a google search and see what pops up.
For lucky pixelers though, the new "Lookup" button simplifies the process significantly.

​Here's How it Works:

1. You receive a call from an unknown number.
   
2. In the Phone app's "Recents" tab, tap to expand the details of that call.
   
3. Alongside familiar options like "Add contact," "Messages," and "History," you'll now see a new button: "Lookup."
   
4. Tapping "Lookup" automatically opens Google Search with the full phone number (including country code) already entered in the search bar.
   

A Simple but Useful Feature:
While the feature itself might seem basic, it's a significant quality-of-life improvement. It saves you time and frustration by streamlining the process of identifying unknown callers.
Availability and Rollout:

• This feature is currently rolling out to Pixel phones running version 132 (beta) of the Phone by Google app.
  
• The good news is it's a server-side update, meaning you don't necessarily need to be on the latest June Feature Drop or security patch.
  
• If you don;t have it on your Pixel yet, you will soon.
  

Bonus Feature:
The Phone Settings app might also reveal a new shortcut called "Contact ringtones." This feature seems to be in a limited rollout phase and isn't yet widely available.
