Redact in the Snipping Tool

Redacting information within screenshots using the Snipping Tool in Windows. Here's how you can do it, along with some important things to keep in mind:

Using the "Quick Redact" Feature (for emails and phone numbers):
The Snipping Tool has a handy feature that can automatically redact email addresses and phone numbers. Here's how to use it:

1. Take your screenshot: Use the Snipping Tool to capture the area of your screen you want to redact.
2. Click "Text Actions": In the Snipping Tool window, you'll see a button labeled "Text Actions" on the toolbar. Click it.
3. Click "Quick redact": This will automatically scan your image for email addresses and phone numbers and redact them with black bars.
4. Optional: Choose what to redact: If you click the dropdown arrow next to the "Quick redact" button, you can choose to redact only email addresses, only phone numbers, or both.
