Pin your folders on a Mac

While macOS doesn't have an exact equivalent of "pinning" folders like Windows, there are a couple of ways to achieve similar quick access functionality:

1. Adding Folders to the Dock: Drag the desired folder from Finder to the Dock (the bar at the bottom of your screen) on the right side, past the applications. This creates a shortcut for easy access.
   
2. Adding Folders to the Finder Sidebar: Open Finder and navigate to the folder. Drag it to the "Favourites" section on the left sidebar. This keeps the folder readily available within Finder.
   

These methods provide a similar benefit to pinning folders in Windows, allowing you to access frequently used folders with a single click.
