Old Wii new TV

​The amazing Nintendo Wii released in 2006 was connected to your TV using a yellow RCA connector for composite video and the audio was fed using twin RCA audio connectors. Older TV’s had these connections but nowadays, newer sets have done away with these - mainly because they want to save a buck in manufacturing costs and not many external devices use these connectors.

So, you can buy a premium TV which has these connectors or get a Wii dongle from ebay, Temu, Aliexpress etc… You can get an adapter which plugs into the Wii and has a HDMI connector output which will go into most TVs. Both video and Audio are transmitted through the HDMI plug.

Great cheap option to keep the Wii alive.
