The issue appears to be impacting a subset of Windows users running various versions of Windows 10, 11, and Windows Server editions. Microsoft's Response: Microsoft has acknowledged the problem and is currently investigating. They have advised users to enter their BitLocker recovery key to regain access to their devices.
