Listener Question - My QR scanning doesn’t work

Firstly, what is it? Basically a barcode but better

Most newer devices will have something in the camera app.

Android
Point and tap and cross your fingers
If nothing happens, look for something called lens

iPhone
Open the camera and point it at the QR code
If nothing happens 2-3 seconds later go to settings -> camera and enable QR scanning
