Listener Question - I Can Print But Not Scan

So printing is fine so WiFi is connected - all good

Scanning generally needs extra drivers to be installed.
If your printer is fairly new, Windows might be OK with using the Windows scanner. Search for "Windows Scan" in the Start menu. You can get it from the MS Store if not installed.

If you strike out, you will need to install the scanner drivers from the manufacturers website.

• Lookup the make model e.g. Epson Workforce 845
  
• Do a google search for Epson Workforce 845 driver
  
• Go the the official website for Epson or whoever and search for scanner drivers
